In the first four races of Season 11, the team took victory in Brazil before finishing outside of the points in Mexico City – the first time that had occurred in Jaguar TCS Racing’s previous 23 consecutive races. The team returned to the points at the Jeddah E‑Prix double‑header and is now looking to push on for more positive results in Miami this weekend.
Despite winning the opening round of the season in São Paulo, two unfortunate retirements as well as a finish outside of the points in Jeddah means Mitch Evans sits seventh in the Drivers’ World Championship.
After a start to the season where misfortune cost Nick Cassidy good results despite strong performances on track, the Kiwi claimed his first points of the season in Jeddah.
In the Manufacturers’ World Championship, Jaguar is fourth in the standings with 58 points.
Round 5 of the 2024/25 season marks Formula E’s return to Miami after more than 10 years. After featuring in the championship’s debut season, Miami will play host to the pinnacle of electric racing once more, this time around the challenging Homestead‑Miami Speedway. It will be a historic moment for Jaguar TCS Racing as this will be the first time the team has ever raced in Miami.
The Miami E‑Prix marks the second time the Floridian city has hosted Formula E in as many months. In March, Jaguar TCS Racing took part in the Formula E ‘Evo Sessions’, an exclusive, innovative motorsport experience for some of the world’s most high‑profile personalities to experience what it takes to be an elite Formula E racing driver. Brooklyn Peltz Beckham joined forces with Jaguar TCS Racing for the event held at Miami International Autodrome where, coached by Mitch Evans, he put the Jaguar I‑TYPE 7 through its paces on track.
The 2025 Miami E‑Prix starts at 14:05 EDT (GMT ‑4 hours).

Nick Cassidy, Jaguar TCS Racing
Racing in the US is always an exciting milestone on the Formula E calendar, and the whole team is hugely motivated to deliver a positive result in our first‑ever race in Miami.
“There have been many learnings to take from the opening four races of the season. The team are continuing to develop our all‑new Jaguar I‑TYPE 7 to unlock more performance. and we hope to see another step forward in Miami following our learnings in Jeddah. We have a strong car and driver combination, and although we expect the competitive order to be extremely close, a long season remains and we are ready for the challenge ahead.

Mitch Evans, Jaguar TCS Racing
I am really looking forward to heading to the US for Jaguar TCS Racing’s maiden race in Miami.
“Having started the season so well in Brazil, we have not yet been able to kick on from that, but there is still a long way to go. We know that the entire team is capable of bouncing back strongly, though, and that’s what we are setting out to do this weekend.

It was good to get off the mark for the season in Jeddah and now the main focus is to build on that platform. It is a new circuit for Formula E, which makes it a challenge for all of us on the grid, but the team and I will be working hard to ensure Jaguar TCS Racing leaves Miami with a strong result.
