Overall it’s been a great start to the season, our pace has been good and we’ve been getting closer to the drivers at the front of the track. I’ve loved meeting the other competitors and the wider team – the atmosphere and whole experience has been amazing. Learning how to race on street circuits and different tracks around the world has been nothing I could have ever imagined and I really hope we can get back to it soon, when it’s safe for everyone to do so.
Fahad Algosaibi,
Saudi Racing driver
The three races we’ve had so far have all been such a great experience. We always knew joining the Jaguar I‑PACE eTROPHY in season two we’d have to catch up pretty quickly. It’s the second year for some of the drivers, whereas Fahad and I have had to learn how to get the most out of the car and the circuits to be able to compete with the more experienced drivers. It’s been a steep learning curve for us both. Having said that, even from Diriyah to Mexico City you could see that our times were getting faster and closer to the front runners. I can’t wait to get back to the track and start racing again.

Saudi Racing driver
I never thought I’d be able to race in the centre of Paris, Rome or Hong Kong. This is what makes the Jaguar I‑PACE eTROPHY series fantastic. Formula One enabled drivers to race on the streets of Monaco but ABB FIA Formula E has given the opportunity for drivers to do this all over the world. I’ve won a few races and had a few pole positions, but my highlight has to be Hong Kong last season. I unfortunately didn’t get my qualifying lap because the weather was changing so much which made the track slippery. This meant I started at the back of the grid, but I pushed forward – the fight was hard but I was still able to get a podium. This was a very special race for me.
