- Mark Turner joins the electric touring car championship ahead of season two
- The Jaguar I‑PACE eTROPHY Championship returns in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia with a double‑header on 22 & 23 November 2019
Jaguar Racing today confirmed that Mark Turner has been appointed as the Jaguar I‑PACE eTROPHY Championship Manager, taking up the role with immediate effect.
Mark joins the electric touring car series with extensive experience in international championship management having led the Asian based Audi Sport R8 LMS Cup for the last eight years, and previously Formula BMW and the SEAT Cupra Championship in the UK.
I’m thrilled to have joined such an innovative and forward‑thinking championship. After following the inaugural season closely, I was impressed with what I saw. I look forward to working with the drivers, teams, Formula E and FIA on delivering another exciting season showcasing the Jaguar I‑PACE on track.
