Currently topping the PRO Championship standings is Jaguar Brazil Racing driver, Sérgio Jimenez, who dominated last time out in Rome. Hot on the heels of the Brazilian are fellow competitors, Bryan Sellers of Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing and Simon Evans, of Team Asia New Zealand; with six points separating the top three PRO drivers.
Also heading to Paris with strong performances so far this season is Bandar Alesayi, PRO‑AM driver for Saudi Racing. The Saudi‑Arabian driver has won four out five Jaguar I‑PACE eTROPHY races in the PRO‑AM standings, helping him lead the PRO‑AM championship with 97 points.
After three podiums in the first three races of the season, finally, the victory came in Rome. It’s an incredible feeling to be on the top of the podium and hear the national anthem of Brazil in the Jaguar I‑PACE eTROPHY. Now the goal is to repeat it in Paris to maintain the lead in the championship. The Jaguar Brazil Racing team is aiming to maintain this momentum, as we secured pole in Hong Kong, China and Rome and achieved back‑to‑back wins in the last two races. We’re now fighting for a third win in a row for the team in Paris.
